If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment(s), it may be canceled, or a late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes that have elapsed. A late fee will be collected once the service has been rendered.

Please arrive on time, check-in and fill out paperwork and prepare yourself to relax with our selection of refreshments. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Your time is precious to us so we ask that you consider ours as well and notify us of any changes or cancellations at your earliest convenience. Please note our 72 hour cancellation policy (50% of procedure/service amount for late cancellations and 100% for no show) for all our spa/procedure services.

Clients with a history of No Call, No Shows will need to pay in full and in advance to book future appointments.

Calling or texting to let us know you are running late is appreciated and we will try our best to accommodate.

We put a lot of thought in customizing and meeting the needs of each experience you have with us so procedure times on our service menu are approximate, please understand that it can take a little more or less time than listed.

$50 Booking deposit is (non-refundable, not- transferable) required to schedule any appointments.

Payment is collected once service has been confirmed, before a service has rendered.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Apple Cash, and Zelle only.

For all credit card transactions, a transaction of 4% will apply the day of the procedure.

For NO CALL or NO SHOWS must to be paid in full before booking. And it's non-refundable.

Tipping of staff is appreciated (industry normally 20% of services) if you are happy with your visit. We accept Cash, Zelle and Apple Cash.

We have a strict 72 hour Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made less than 72 hours and No call, No shows will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee for late cancellations will be 50% of the procedure/service costs, while No call No Shows will be 100%.

There are no refunds for services but we will try our best to remedy any unsatisfactory results or experiences.

Although we aim to provide service at the highest standard, every individual is unique in their own way so we cannot guarantee results.
