• A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve a date

• Accommodations may required if travel exceeds 60 miles and the start time is prior to 8:00 am

• The final service count must be submitted 30 days prior to event date to ensure proper staffing

• For Destination Weddings, only Bridal Packages are available and airfare, accommodations, transportation, and travel rates will apply. Destination package upon request

• Preview runs are highly recommended (but not required )so that we can get to know one another and establish your final look before the big day.

• Once booked, we will put together a schedule of your services finishing you up at the ‘ready’ time noted on the contract. We will also inform you on what we recommend for the clients for ease of the event day.

• We typically have a 6 service minimum for bookings. Hair & Makeup is considered 2 services. If you are having a small wedding please let us know and we can see if we can still work you in!

• We only provide mini touch-up kits for Bride only. We do recommend bringing a lip gloss, or a favorite lipstick for touch-ups.

• We may apply 25% wedding standard auto gratuity for all HMUA services.

• Rates are subject to change without notice & are non-negotiable

• All preview sessions are held in-studio Monday through Thursday only.

• The trial session doesn’t guarantee your wedding date, so please book separately.

• It is highly recommended to bring at least 2 images for each hair and makeup look

• Preview sessions are limited to 1- 2 look for hair and makeup

• Please make sure to arrive with a clean, moisturized face, (please no previous night’s mascara, etc.) for best hair results hair should be product and washed with as little conditioner as possible the night before.

• All directions will be taken from the bride only and not other parties (i.e. mothers, bridesmaids, etc.)

• one on one appointment only. We want to listen to Bride's opinion only. No guests please

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment(s) it may be canceled or a late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes that have elapsed. The late fee will be collected once the service has been rendered.

• Payment is collected once service has been rendered

• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle and Apple Cash

• For all credit card transactions, a transaction 4% will apply.

• Only professional high-end products are used, long wearing and waterproof makeup where needed.

• The brands that I use for skin-care are: HERA, Amore, Sulhwasoo, Origin's, Kiehl's, Shiseido, Bobbi Brown, Giorgio Armani, Cle De Peau, Darphin, La Mer, Estee Lauder, Dior, Chanel, YSL, SK II, Cle De Peau, Aerin, Qiora, AVEDA, DR. Jart, Rejuran, many korean products.

• The brands that I use for colors are:Pat Mcgrath Labs, Dior, Natasha Denona, Givenchy Anastasia, Bite, Clio, Han Skin, Dr. Jart, Shiseido, Bobbi Brown, Makeup Forever, MAC, Stila, Tarte, Tom Ford, Nars, Benefit, Estee Lauder, Kat Von D, Burberry, Sugarpill, NYX, Urban Decay, Smashbox, Sephora, Too Faced, HD Graftobian, Kryolan, Ben Nye, Temptu Pro-Airbrush and plus many more.*Mineral Makeups are available upon request.

• Eyelashes are from MAC, Makeup Forever, Lilly Lashes, House of lashes, Ardell, Red Cherry, Darkness(Korean Brand), as well as South Korea direct wholesale lash dealers.

• Hair Products/Tools mainly used are Drybar, Dyson, Babyliss, Hot tools, T3, Sebastian, Gastsby, John Frieda, Big Sexy hair, Olaplex, Oribe, and AVEDA.
