Policy 
  • Investing an hour or two of your time can make you beautiful for years to come in a long-run. All facials are recommended (depending on your skin concerns) Every 3-4 weeks to maintain clean skin during skin cycle.

  • Products used for the procedures are the professional high-grade, quality brands only.

  • Please make sure to arrive with a clean face for MTS and BB GLOW FACIAL (please no previous night’s mascara etc.)

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment(s) it may be canceled or a late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes that have elapsed. A late fee will be collected once the service has been rendered.

  • Payment is collected once service has been rendered.

  • $50 Deposit for consultations will be collected before or during the consultation.

  • Accepted forms of payment for procedures: Cash, Apple Cash, and Zelle.

  • We accept all credit cards for procedures but a transaction of 3% will be collected.

  • Accepted forms of payment for Deposit: Apple Cash or Zelle ONLY. 

  • All sales & services are Final.

  • 48 Hours Cancellation Policy and penalties will apply to all appointments (please read on our website or call 415.350.1265 for more information.)

  • No call, No shows will have to pay in full and in advance to book future dates.

  • Please arrive on time, check in and fill out paperwork and prepare yourself to relax with our selection of refreshments. We reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Your time is precious to us so we ask that you consider ours as well and notify us of any changes or cancellations at your earliest convenience.  

  • Calling or texting to let us know you are running late is appreciated and we will try our best to accommodate but we do have a late cancellation policy.

  • We put a lot of thought in customizing and meeting the needs of each experience you have with us so procedures time on our service menu is approximate, please understand that it can take a little more or less time than listed.

  • There are no refunds for services but we will try our best to remedy any unsatisfactory results or experiences.

  • Although we aim to provide service at the highest standard, every individual is unique in their own way so we cannot guarantee results.  All clients that have semi-permanent makeup or lash extensions done elsewhere will be treated and charged as a first time client.

  • Please avoid the consumption of alcohol, caffeine fish-oil, and blood-thinning medications (ie. aspirin) 24 hrs before any semi-permanent makeup or MTS services.

  • Do not use retinol/retinoids, Botox, topical acne medications and strong AHA/BHA 48-72 hrs prior to facial treatments.

  • Tipping of staff is appreciated (industry normally 20% of services) if you are happy with your visit. We accept Cash or Zelle.

  • Rates subject to change without notice & are non-negotiable
